Who Is Stephen O'Brien ?
Stephen is a highly self motivated fitness professional with over 11 years international experience in coaching people through physical, emotional & mental change.
Having overcome many of life's challenges himself such as:
Depression, Panic Attacks, Suicide Attempts, Body & Self Confidence Issues to losing everything and rebuilding his life.
He is qualified in many areas of Fitness along with Nutrition, Life Coaching, CBT & more.
